Savills Advises Imperial Windsor Group on Montréal-Area Industrial Property Sales

Two transactions in Pointe-Claire and Contrecœur build on Savills ongoing advisory relationship with the Foundation and its affiliated real estate holdings

MONTRÉAL(Oct. 29, 2026)—Savills announces the completion of two industrial property sales on behalf of Imperial Windsor Group. The properties include 93-97 Hymus Boulevard in Pointe-Claire and 899 Montée de la Pomme-d’Or in Contrecœur.

The Savills team of Executive Vice President Brandon Allen, Executive Vice President Erik Charton, Executive Vice President Paul Fischlin, Executive Vice President Stéphane Robillard, Senior Vice President David Bassal, Vice President Robin Blanchard, Senior Associate Antoine Dumas, Associate Justin Share and Associate Andrew Issa advised on the transactions.

In June, Savills completed the sale of 93-97 Hymus Boulevard for $7,950,000. The 39,824-square-foot multi-tenant industrial property is situated on approximately 101,794 square feet of land at the intersection of Hymus Boulevard and Delmar Avenue in Pointe-Claire. The income-producing property offers flexible industrial units, 18-foot clear heights, nine truck-level doors and three drive-in doors. Its location provides convenient access to Autoroutes 20 and 40 and the Des Sources Réseau express métropolitain (REM) station.

Savills also completed the June sale of 899 Montée de la Pomme-d’Or in Contrecœur for $1,675,000. The 4,806-square-foot industrial building is situated on approximately 60,000 square feet of land and features 25-foot clear heights, a 10-ton interior crane and flexible industrial zoning. Located approximately 3.2 kilometres from the Port of Contrecœur, the property is positioned within an industrial corridor experiencing continued investment and development.

“The completion of these transactions reflects the thoughtful, long-term approach Imperial Windsor Group has taken toward their real estate portfolio,” said Allen. “Our role has been to understand the objectives behind each property, identify the right strategy and buyer audience, and execute in a way that maximizes value. We’re proud of the trust the team has placed in Savills across multiple assignments and to continue supporting their real estate strategy in Quebec.”

The two recent dispositions build on Savills previous work with Imperial Windsor Group In 2024, Savills advised on the sale of 100 Hymus Boulevard in Pointe-Claire, a 63,940-square-foot multi-tenant industrial property situated on approximately 165,025 square feet of land. The property featured eight tenants at the time it was marketed and benefited from proximity to Highway 40 and the Des Sources REM station.

“These two transactions demonstrate the range of opportunities within Greater Montréal’s industrial market and the importance of developing a strategy specific to each asset,” added Dumas. “At 93-97 Hymus, we were marketing an established multi-tenant property in one of Pointe-Claire’s most accessible industrial locations, while the Contrecœur property offered specialized industrial infrastructure and significant land in a growing corridor. Our longstanding work with Imperial Windsor Group has allowed us to develop a deep understanding of their portfolio and execute strategies that align with their objectives.”

Together, the three transactions represent approximately 108,570 square feet of industrial property across the Greater Montréal Area (GMA) and reflect Savills’ continued work advising Imperial Windsor Group on the strategic disposition of real estate assets.
