Mr. Krawitz has an outstanding record navigating the highly detailed and complex world of design build projects for his clients such as Porsche Canada’s flag ship dealership and Head Office, Unisource, Fuji,Sanyo, Kia Motors Corp. and Brewers Retail.
His formal negotiation training helps Mr. Krawitz create consensus among stakeholders. For example, he brought more than two dozen stakeholders together to lease more than 150,000 square feet for Stantec, an architectural and engineering services firm. He brought 53 sport organizations together under the Sport Alliance of Ontario banner for more than 50,000 square feet in another large and complicated consolidation project.
For his creativity, Mr. Krawitz and his team won the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) Industrial Lease of the Year award for the creation of the Giftcraft Building in Brampton, Ontario.
Canadian Investors have long trusted Mr. Krawitz to make their real estate investments and deliver strong returns, for example the acquisition of the Siemens Building in Mississauga, which delivered exceptional returns. As one investor said, he has a “nose for a deal and an eye for value”.
Mr. Krawitz built a highly effective pure tenant representation company across Canada. As its Founder and President, he brought his team to Savills to harness the most effective tenant advisory platform in North America and beyond, recognizing Savills reach, brain trust, thoughtful counsel, and experience.
Prior to founding Real Facilities in September 2000, he was a Vice President at Devencore Realties Corporation, where he was honored with the Top Producing Broker award four out of five years between 1996 and 2000.
