Shae Halpin

Having worked in both the Winnipeg and Calgary markets, she has been involved in more than 500 transactions across industrial and office properties, including leasing, owner-occupier acquisitions and dispositions, and investment sales.

She works closely with occupiers, owners, and investors across a range of industrial real estate requirements. Shae brings a disciplined, hands-on approach to every assignment and is committed to building long-term client relationships through clear communication, reliability, and a strong understanding of her clients' businesses.

Prior to joining Savills, Shae was a Senior Associate for Cushman & Wakefield where she specialized in industrial for the Calgary region. She has partnered with a wide range of clients, negotiating deals and providing tailored guidance. Over the years, Shae was promoted from her starting role as a Sales Team Coordinator to Associate and, most recently, Senior Associate.
