Paul Kay is a commercial real estate expert in strategic consulting and portfolio management, as well as office and industrial leases or purchases for tenants.
In his role as Vice President for the Toronto office, Paul is responsible for developing and implementing strategic studies, market analyses, financial analyses and purchase/lease negotiations for Savills' clients. Paul joined the firm in 2015 with its acquisition of Real Facilities, where he worked since 2004.
Over the course of his more than 20-year career, Paul has had direct experience in over 500 real estate transactions and has developed proprietary analytical tools designed specifically to meet the needs of today’s clients. As a result of these unusually rich experiences, Paul has developed panoptic market knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area and markets across Canada. He is able to synthesize his skills to furnish his clients with focalized financial expertise, analysis and strategic thinking to determine the specific impact that real estate decisions will have on their success.
As a tenant-only representative, Paul is determined to make a positive impact on all of his clients’ businesses. With zero conflicts of interest and adamant negotiation skills, Paul strives to perfectly align his clients’ business objectives and financial obligations with advantageous real estate options.
