Nick Charif

He represents tenants in industrial lease and sale transactions, including renewals, relocations and acquisitions of new facilities, with experience across both multi-tenant and standalone properties.

Nick takes a strategic, data-driven approach to tenant representation, leveraging his knowledge of the industrial market and industry relationships to help clients evaluate opportunities and negotiate favorable outcomes. He provides financial modeling and comparative analysis to bring clarity to complex real estate decisions and help clients understand the financial and operational implications of their options.

Since joining Savills, Nick has advised on more than 2 million square feet of industrial lease and sale transactions and was nominated for Savills Canada Rookie of the Year. Prior to joining Savills, he worked in medical sales. He played in the Western Hockey League and for the University of Alberta Golden Bears as well as the University’s golf team.
