Maximillien Rahuba-Pigeon is an Associate on the Savills Montréal Capital Markets team, focused on investment sales across the Greater Montréal Area. He advises private and institutional investors, developers and property owners on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily, industrial, office, retail and development assets. Throughout the transaction process, he combines market intelligence, investment underwriting and disciplined execution to help clients evaluate opportunities, position assets and maximize value.

Maximillien brings an investment-oriented perspective to every mandate, evaluating real estate through both an asset-level and capital markets lens. Prior to joining Savills, he was an Analyst in Avison Young’s Montréal office, where he specialized in valuation, financial modeling and market research on income-producing and development properties, and contributed to the firm’s quarterly research on the Greater Montréal Area.
