With nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience (of which 8 years were spent as the manager of national real estate services at Bell Mobility), Mark is responsible for site acquisition, lease renewals and management of the lease portfolio optimization.
Some notable client’s that benefited from his expertise are Softchoice, Unilever Canada during their merger with Best Foods Good Humor Breyers, BCE Emergis, Accenta, Affinity Systems, TMAC Resources and Habitat for Humanity.
Prior to joining Bell Mobility, Mark was the vice president of office leasing at Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for both landlord and tenant representation with the primary focus on tenant advocacy. Mark’s analytical needs-driven approach and strategic negotiation skills earned him membership into the President’s Round Table of top performers within the company.
Mark also brings over 18 years’ national business experience in the office solutions industry that taught him the value of complete and accurate information and its relevance to making precise business decisions that impact a client's bottom line.
Mark is a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mark took a lead position on a national best practice asset management process including standardization of lease documentation. Mark is also known for implementing a National Lease Renewal and Termination process. Mark was also instrumental in developing a financial analysis tool to assist with determining long term asset sustainability.
