Ken Norris has extensive local and national experience with corporate tenants providing services and solutions tailored to each client’s unique requirements.
As the Branch Manager of the Savills Canadian office in Toronto, Ken connects the firm’s extensive global platform of professionals and SME’s to represent clients with best-in-class advisory services. A 25-year industry executive, Ken understands the complexities of transactions and the strategic insights which clients require from their real estate partner in order to make informed decisions.
In addition to providing a full range of resources for his clients, Ken follows through with transaction management and expert negotiations for flexible, beneficial contracts. Over the course of his extensive career, he has developed tactical plans to create a competitive environment and maximize marketplace opportunities that enable his clients to align their real estate goals with their core organizational objectives.
Ken has had the honor to work with prominent companies such as HSBC, The National Hockey League, Credit Suisse, Ontario Energy Board, Heart & Stroke Foundation, Ontario Power Authority, SAP Canada, Goldman Sachs Canada and Dynamic Mutual Funds.
Prior to joining Savills in 2015, Ken was Executive Managing Director at Colliers International and a Senior Vice President at CBRE where he was a perennial top producer for many years.
