Howard Bogler, LEED AP, is a Senior Vice President in the Savills Toronto office, specializing in working with corporate office tenants and investment properties.
He takes a holistic and strategic approach to solving client issues and creating optimal business solutions for them. In his 30-plus years of commercial real estate experience, he has worked tirelessly as an advocate for tenants in the acquisition and disposition of office premises and lease negotiations with landlords.
Before joining Savills, Howard was a senior vice president and practice leader for JLL Canada's tenant representation office practice in the Greater Toronto Area suburban markets. Prior to joining JLL, Howard led CBRE Limited's premier office leasing team in suburban Toronto for over two and a half decades. Together with his business partner Elliot Greenberg, Howard has completed over 1,500 lease transactions, representing over $20 billion in transaction volume.
Howard is an active member of CoreNet (Corporate Real Estate Network), the world's leading association for corporate real estate and workplace professionals, service providers and economic developers. He is licensed under the Real Estate Council of Ontario and a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB). He is also a LEED-accredited professional, with expertise in office sustainability and environmental practices.
