Prior to being promoted to Project Associate, Aleska was a Client Services Coordinator at Savills, where she aided the brokerage team with client presentations, prospecting pitches, marketing packages, financial documentation, and client communication. In her early career, she held various positions that supported her ability to support clients with superior communication, customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills. She was also the Co-chair of the Savills Calgary Culture Club, which helped foster greater community and collaboration between the local team and across North American offices.
