The retail services team provides comprehensive services that encompass every facet of retail real estate strategy, including tenant mandates involving local & national roll-out strategies, existing portfolio reviews and “right sizing” recommendations, listings, acquisitions, dispositions, consulting and development services.

Our office is conveniently located in Bloor-Yorkville, known as Toronto’s Mink Mile, the center for luxury retail and home to a multitude of retail stores, restaurants, premier hotels and office buildings. There are an unprecedented increased number of high-rise condo developments already established in the area, as well as many future developments in the planning and construction stages.

The office is easily accessible by public transit, from the Bay Subway Station, or a bus stop right outside our door. A number of public parking lots are within walking distance of the office.
