The National Retail Services Group's Investment Sales is a full-service, brokerage platform positioned to meet the needs of clients looking to buy and sell retail assets nationwide. The team's disposition experience ranges from single-tenant, triple-net (NNN) assets to large institutional-quality centers. This group also works with 1031-exchange buyers and investors looking to enhance their real estate portfolios. We are client focused and results driven. Given the extensive leasing background within the group, this team provided unparalleled expertise and credibility in the underwriting process. With more than $3.5 billion of investment properties sold within the last 10 years, the Investment Sales Division is poised to assist both private and institutional clients in the execution of their investment sale initiatives.


Landlord & Developer Services:

Savills National Retail Services Group has a proven track record with regard to the execution of major leasing assignments on behalf of private and institutional owners. These projects range in size from 50,000 -1.2 million square feet and include many of the most prominent projects in the Southern California, such as the Burbank Empire Center in Burbank, CA (900,000 SF); Long Beach Town Center in Long Beach, CA 1,000,000 SF), and The Colonies Crossroads Center in Upland, CA (1,100,000 ST). Savills National Retail Services Group has a dedicated team of experienced professionals that assist developers in every aspect of the development process, with services that include land acquisition, project design and planning, project lease-up and stabilization and, shopping center disposition. The scope of services provided for each assignment is dependent on the client and their specific needs. Our expertise extends beyond traditional leasing as we have assisted clients in working with municipalities to secure entitlements and economic assistance, project design, merchandizing plans, and in depth trade area and financial analysis. Our team has leased approximately 19 million square feet of new retail development, including many top-performing centers in their respective trade areas.
