Design Development

The Savills design process begins significantly earlier than the conventional real estate process. It begins early in the consultation stage when business objectives and client needs are being identified, ensuring the end result reflects your business plan and vision. Using the information obtained from initial consultations, our designers develop a space plan that determines work flow design and feasibility factors and then work with your executive team to select finishes and accents that carry your vision throughout the space. These finishing touches include furniture, paint, millwork, lighting fixtures and brand accents.

Permit, Tender and Construction Drawings

Our team creates documents that are integral to the tender process, including permit applications and construction drawings. These detailed drawings help you choose the very best contractors and suppliers to outfit and furnish your space on time and on budget. Using working drawings, timelines and weekly site reviews, we ensure the vision you create during the design development phase is respected by each member of the construction team and protected throughout the construction or engineering required by your project.

Furniture Selection and Coordination

Once construction has commenced, we work with your team to create a furniture specification for all areas of your space, including offices, workstations, lounge areas and meeting rooms. Our team tenders, reviews and awards the contract and completes a deficiency review after installation.

Relocation Management
